Suyi in the studio.

A chiropractor, a great friend, a loving heart and most importantly a great kind person. I've known this girl since I was 5 feet tall. Now at 28 (going to 29 very soon), I find out that we cherish the people we have and know greatly. A childhood friend knows you the best and there is no substitute for a greater friendship than those that last for more than 15 years.

As she sat there with her eyes down, I asked her to ruffle her hair and stroke the sides of her hair. She did it perfectly. We took a couple of shots and now, this is her Facebook profile picture.

The studio session with Suyi is short. She was staying over and I managed to persuade her for a session. She was happy to oblige but we had a hard time at first especially being serious. We laughed and rolled around at first, we had a great time capturing nonsensical shots which will never see the light of day. But in a way I'm glad we took some time to create this, there wasn't any fancy background, there wasn't any fancy setting. There was just the talent/model, her expression and her personality.

Although I do think her impersonation of me is over exaggerated! Have a good day people, take care.
