In January 2015, I shot an epic play for Cabaret. It was their fifth anniversary and their iconic restaging of CABARET. It was a great pleasure working with the people of PAN again and I have to say the cast for their plays have always been stellar. This time, it was no exception.
This year’s staging of Cabaret, which boasts a new cast from its 2011 staging, stars singer Nikki Palikat as the irrepressible Sally, actor Ashraf Sinclair as Cliff, and Peter Ong as the exuberant Emcee, with music direction by Nish Tham and choreography by Suhaili Micheline.
Alizakri, Carmen Soo, Razif Hashim and Zalina Lee – playing Herr Schultz, Fräulein Kost, Herr Ludwig and Fräu Schneider, respectively.
Cabaret was once again directed by award winning director Nell Ng.

Synopsis
1931 Berlin - The capital of decadence, liberal thought and cultural transformation with the shadow of the Nazis threatening to engulf all of Europe. It is the beginning of the end. Welcome to CABARET, which revolves around they seedy happenings of theKit Kat Club and its regulars. Step inside the world of Sally Bowles, a cabaret performer, as she embarks on a torrid love affair with a young British novelist, trying to keep her world from crumbling as the march of impending world war presses in.
