Addiction is a complex disease, often chronic in nature, which affects the functioning of the brain
and body. It also causes serious damage to families, relationships, schools, workplaces and
neighborhoods. Addiction is different from abuse.
When we started out this shoot, I wanted an edgy and different from the usual beauty portraits that
I've been doing. I wanted something that showcases some emotions and evokes a certain feeling
from the viewers. Justin's look on that day and the surrounding area made it possible to evoke this
feeling.
